December Manners!

This month our theme was manners. We learned about saying please and thank you, showing respect and consideration for others, and being kind. We practiced a proper table place setting and learned about manners at the table. We played a fun manners board game too. 

We also continued our reading curriculum, practiced our names, and did lots of fun Christmas crafts! 

Before Christmas break we had a fun party together. Here are the games we played (stocking stuffer is my favorite). We also sang our parents the Christmas songs we sang together all month! 

 

November- Seasons Theme

This month our theme was Seasons. We had a season box that helped us to learn and guess the season of the day. 

We had fun activities for each season like this winter "snow ball" fight. 

We did a few fun crafts and projects. 

We work on puzzles during snack time while I work with the kids individually on their letters or reading levels. They are getting really good at puzzles! 

We also had fun learning about the first Thanksgiving and making turkey costumes. So cute! 

 

October- Shape Theme

 We learned about shapes this month! We met eight new shape friends and a new song to go along. We practiced finding the shapes and drawing them. We worked on shape art projects too.

We had a fun field trip to Black Island Farms! 

We celebrated Halloween with a fun preschool party. It was fun to see everyone dressed up in their cute costumes.
